The Digital Group Product Manager in a critical role on the Hallmark Digital Product Management team, which is at the core of the company’s efforts to innovate digital solutions that help people connect and celebrate life’s meaningful moments and relationships. This team is transforming the Hallmark.com technical infrastructure and creating best-in-class omni-channel customer experiences.


What Your Role Entail And How You’ll Contribute


The Digital Group Product Manager is a dynamic role that is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end product vision for multiple tightly coupled e-Commerce product teams. You will lead an agile product team that oversees bottom of the funnel and have responsibility for the development and coaching of Product Managers and Owners. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of product vision and timing with customer and business needs.


This position is the right fit some someone who is a proven Senior Product Manager and is ready for more leadership responsibility. You will work closely with business strategy, research, and analytics teams to gain a deep understanding of the business, customer, market, and competition to build business cases, product strategy and roadmaps. You will evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered to customers. Collaboration with UX Designers, Engineers, and Delivery teams will be key in building best-in-class products that drive conversion and customer satisfaction.


In This Role You Will


  • Analyze consumer research and site behavior data to deeply know the customer, their pain points, desires and how they make buying decisions.
  • Leverage data to drive product vision and roadmap. Align with business stakeholder on priority.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports and oversee an agile product team.
  • Develop and maintain a long and short-term product roadmap.
  • Work with Delivery team to define targeted timelines. Manage delivery expectations and timing with larger team.


Basic Qualifications


The following is required to be considered for this role:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years professional work experience
  • Experience gathering data in Adobe and creating analysis that drives product decisions
  • Experience working with Agile Development Methodologies
  • Experience leading and mentoring team members
  • Experience leading technical projects under tight budgets and timelines
  • Experience leading complex projects with multiple business partners
  • 4+ years of experience as a Sr Product Manager or Product Manager


Preferred Qualifications


Your resume will stand out if you have:


  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Platform-Storefront Reference Architecture
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills to manage relationships and present regularly to all levels of an organization
  • Deep analytical skills
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce cart & checkout, account, or loyalty product management
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams


Additional Details


  • The salary range for this job is between $120,000 and $170,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
