Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and spiritually aligned Digital Content Manager to join our team at Path & Purpose. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, maintaining, and utilizing our digital assets to support the growth of our business. Your expertise in content management, social media, and digital asset organization will be essential to creating a meaningful impact and expanding our reach. Additionally, you will contribute to the optimization of our email automation series and support our public relations and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Digital Content: Take ownership of workshop recordings, podcast recordings, and other video content. Edit and curate content for use in social media and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with our vision and mission.

Social Media Management: Upload and maintain engaging content on Instagram and Facebook platforms. Create a consistent and captivating social media presence that resonates with our target audience, embodying the essence of Path & Purpose.

Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts for The Path & Purpose Podcast guests. Utilize social media groups and other avenues to identify potential guests who align with our values and resonate with our audience.

Podcast Outreach: Collaborate with the host, Dr. Cameron Martin, to expand the reach of the Path & Purpose Podcast. Identify and pursue opportunities for Dr. Martin to be featured as a guest on other podcasts. Create a compelling speaker sheet that showcases Dr. Martin's expertise and aligns with our mission.

Public Relations: Develop and implement strategies to increase Dr. Cameron Martin's visibility in appropriate media outlets, aligning with our target audience and positioning him as an expert in the field. Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and other PR activities.

Speaking Events and Workshops: Assist in getting Dr. Cameron Martin booked for speaking events and workshops. Conduct outreach to event organizers and coordinate logistics to secure speaking engagements that align with our mission.

Digital Asset Management: Develop and maintain a system for organizing and cataloging our digital assets, including videos, graphics, and other media. Ensure easy accessibility and effective utilization of assets across various platforms and marketing campaigns.

Email Automation Optimization: Review and optimize our company's email automation series in ActiveCampaign. Ensure alignment with our messaging, lead magnet/funnel operations, and overall customer journey. Implement improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Energetic Alignment: Collaborate with the team to ensure energetic alignment in all aspects of our work. Embody the frequency of New Earth and contribute to the overall vibrational resonance of Path & Purpose.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively engage with potential podcast guests, media outlets, and other stakeholders. The candidate should be able to articulate our mission and vision clearly and compellingly. Their communication skills will foster positive relationships and represent Path & Purpose with professionalism and authenticity.
• Marketing Experience: Demonstrated experience in content management, social media, and marketing is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital content management tools and platforms, including Google Workspace, is necessary for effective content organization and optimization. The candidate should be comfortable working with various software and editing tools to curate and enhance digital assets. Strong technical skills will enable them to streamline processes and ensure the smooth operation of our digital presence.
• Creative Mindset and Self-Motivation: Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Organizational Abilities: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are crucial for managing and maintaining our digital assets. The candidate should be able to create systems for efficient asset cataloging and easy accessibility. Their organizational abilities will ensure that content is readily available for marketing efforts and aligns with our overall strategy.
• Spiritual and Energetic Alignment: Deep personal alignment with the mission and vision of Path & Purpose, and a strong connection to your own spiritual journey.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with the following technology platforms: Zoom, Canva, ActiveCampaign, Squarespace, Zapier, Mighty Networks, Riverside, Descript, Acuity, and Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram).

Work Details & Compensation:

This is a part-time/freelance virtual/remote position to begin in August 2023. The position will require 10-15 hours/week with the opportunity for increased responsibility, hours, and earning potential over time, based on a candidate’s professional and energetic alignment to the role.

$30-$40/ hr commensurate with experience. Compensation may also incorporate bonuses including, but not limited to Path & Purpose Community membership, astrology readings, QHHT sessions, and coaching.

This position must be available to meet virtually with Dr. Cameron Martin Monday-Thursday during the hours of 1pm-5pm Pacific, when required.
