The Dietary Supervisor plans, organizes and manages the daily activities of Coordinators, Food ambassadors, cafeteria, and coffee shop staff in the delivery of services to the patient and customers.

Requirements:

• 120 –hours of dietary manager's program or Associates Degree in Food Services Management, Culinary Science or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent or relevant experience
