Job Description
Westchester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a skilled nursing facility, located in Mount Vernon, NY. POSITION: Dietary Aide


Schedule: 11AM to 7PM (Per Diem)


Responsibilities include:


  • Tray accuracy when calling line
  • Set up food trucks
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Be able to read and write English
  • Wash Pots, sweep and mop kitchen
  • Serve food on tray line
  • Work on dish machine breaking down food trucks
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Serve coffee and hot water
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Throw out garbage and card board
  • Make deserts, salads, sandwiches, serve soup
  • Compliance with all New York state department of health regulations.
