Description:

To provide quality food and a person-centered dining service experience to residents, families, and guests.

  • Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times. Customer satisfaction and focus on quality improvement are evident in all aspects of work. Promotes and supports the philosophy, goals and objectives of the department. Dedicated to providing services, which anticipated and exceed resident and family expectations.
  • Certification – Food Protection Manager Certification preferred
  • Specialized Skills – Ability to read and comprehend the English language; Communicates effectively with colleagues and residents
  • Experience – Previous food and dining service experience preferred
  • Function Specific Experience – Basic customer service and food sanitation knowledge
  • Equipment – General kitchen equipment
  • Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
