About the job.

We are currently looking for a Senior Visual Merchandiser who will join the Merchandising Americas team based in Miami, directly reporting to the Head of Merchandising.

How you will contribute

• Manage Travel Retail market for the Americas and the Prestige Accounts for US market from end to end on Permanent /Temporary executions.
• Support Latam market as needed on Temporary and Permanent Executions.
• Optimize visual orders requests and improve processes for all 3 markets.
• Oversee and create VM book with brand guidelines for all 3 markets – USA, TRA and LATAM
• Develop planogram guidelines for every permanent visibility location within your scope, in partnership with global marketing and global go-to-market and ensure their perfect implementation and timely update.
• Enable & monitor local installations, in close collaboration with local VM teams. This might include travel on location to support local teams during installations in flagships and top doors across the Region.
• Lead permanent visibility installations (shop-in-shops, corners, retailer fixtures…) end-to-end, from ideation to production/installation in-store.
• Manage and monitor project schedules within budget guidelines from end to end for Travel Retail and US Prestige Retailers
• Adapt the related guidelines across all permanent visibility touchpoints, in collaboration with relevant partner functions (global marketing, global go-to-market etc…)

Key requirements & Competencies

• Pro-active and solution-minded, you demonstrate vision & leadership in your projects.
• You are a team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken/written English and Spanish preferred.
• You have good planning and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A versatile design enthusiast, you are capable of designing an engaging omnichannel consumer experience within a given space.
• You have in-depth knowledge of latest global retail design concepts and trends.
• Curiosity, creativity, energy and pragmatism are key words for you.
• Previous experience (5+ years) as Visual Merchandiser/Retail designer in the luxury sector. Experience in the luxury beauty sector is a plus.
• Mastery of Adobe Suite, Sketchup and Autocad (other 3D softwares are a plus).
• Bachelor Degree or similar in Interior Design / Architecture or Industrial Design.
