As a talented and passionate agile team member of the Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management tower, your role as multi-skilled play an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company’s technology strategy and processes. The Design Leader partners with business and technology groups to ensure alignment of process and technology solutions with the company’s strategic objectives. This role analyzes high-level business processes and requirements for customer identity and access management processes and associated integrations. This role provides user experience, process expertise as well as people leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow internal design systems and UX practice to support design initiatives within IAM.
  • Drive discovery and persona building activities, evaluate current state of user journeys and identify opportunities to improve experience for various IAM initiatives
  • Transform design requirements to create tangible experience design solutions
  • Work with the leadership to plan various design phases and deliverables
  • Define design strategy and roadmaps to support various IAM initiatives
  • Communicate design approaches and proposals through presentations and other documentation
  • Build deep understanding of IAM strategies` and support projects from user centric point of view
  • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, specifications to showcase concepts and work on implementation along with technology teams
  • Work with technology/product owners, engineers and team members to design experiences for IAM functions
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate experience design outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field or equivalent relevant years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with identity access management solutions a plus
  • Experience working with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Formal education in Human Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Experience driving design strategy, product delivery and design scoping
  • Good understanding of design principles, usability, and research best practices
  • Experience developing and managing design standards and procedures
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with latest design tools and methods
  • Min 8+ years experience in product design or related field and leading UX initiatives
  • Experience working with mobile and web based solutions

Compensation: The Base Salary Compensation for this role is 154,880.00 - 232,320.00 USD Annual with an annual target bonus of 10% of base salary. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
