Job Description
Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky


Education:


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is preferred but not necessary


Minimum Qualifications:


  • In-depth knowledge of military HR systems
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries or Office of Personnel Management Tier 1 standards
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in U.S. military (US Army) Human Resources
  • Knowledge of military HR doctrines and policies
  • Military HR automation experience


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for contractual matters when the Project Manager is unavailable
  • Assists in managing and conducting compliance reviews of internal controls and procedures in all areas of program
  • Supports the Project Manager and is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the contract to include timely performance, quality and compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract when the Project Manager is unavailable
  • Ensures that all procedures are conducted under the guidance of laws, directives, and regulations
  • Prepares and submits for review reports on the results of audits; may make recommendations improvements in policies and procedures.
