SIGN ON BONUS:
External candidates are eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $5,000. The bonus will be paid out as a $2,500 gross pay adjustment in the first paycheck, the second installment of $2,500 will be paid upon completion of six months of service in the department hired into. Amounts reflect gross pay, prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Dental Hygienist will provide dental hygiene services to the organizations' Dental patients and preventive services in education to our patients of record. Responsible for working with residents and staff dentist in detailing treatment plans in patient charts and working with the dentists in coaching the patients in Oral Health while undergoing treatment in our clinic.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of a dental hygiene program with Associate or Bachelor degree in Dental Hygiene. Vermont licensure is a prerequisite for employment. Local Anesthesia certification is preferred. Vermont State Dental Assistant Registration and CDA certificate, CPR certificate, Dental Assisting National Board Certificate
EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in a dental office is necessary but will accept a new graduate from an accredited Dental Hygiene School with the appropriate documentation.
