Dental Assistant Jobs

We are currently looking for a Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team! At Dental Care of Raymore we focus on treating patients like they’re family, so the ideal candidate would be someone with a kind, upbeat, and charismatic personality. The responsibilities for this job are posted below, as well as, some of our preferred attributes and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting doctor during examinations.
- Taking digital x-rays/ panoramic x-rays
- Preparing patients for procedures and going over post-op instructions.
- Sterilizing dental instruments/equipment.
- Providing chair side assistance during doctor procedures which include; root canals, crowns, composite restorations, dentures, and minor oral surgery.
- Helping maintain inventory and update supply list for ordering.
- Scanning for crowns using Itero Element Scanner.
Skills:
- Expanded Function Dental Assistant (not needed, but would love this)
- Good multitasker
- Good communication skills
- Flexible personality
- Family focused and patient driven

Pay: $5000 SIGN ON BONUS ——
Hourly: $18-25/hr (depending on clinical experience)
Benefits Include: dental, vision, medical, retirement (401k)
Hours: Monday-Thursday - 8:00-5:00
We will be adding another Doctor at the end of August so hours will extend at that time to 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
