The Supply Chain Globalization team is seeking a Demand Supply Planning (DSP) Manager to support our Global CDN (Content Delivery Network) and Edge/PoP (Point of Presence) deployment. The DSP Manager is responsible for a wide scope of supply chain planning, logistics and shipment, hardware deployment activities for CDN and PoP sites.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) to improve results and enhance efficiency, such KPIs including but not limited to on time delivery rate (OTD), service level agreement (SLA), etc.
• Provide data analyses and supply chain optimization solutions when necessary
• Collaborate with project and system development teams, provide tooling requirements and invent solutions to scale
• Chair cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and actions to meet the CDN construction schedule
• Publish and maintain the DSP sheet with all ODMs and suppliers on material readiness, and run weekly DSP meetings with all hardware suppliers to track production schedules, and resolve supply chain related issues
• Partner with all supply teams along with suppliers/manufacturer to secure commits and ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrivals). Advise regional inventory replenishment plan.
• Streamline communications with downstream supply planning and provide feedback to upstream business with commitments and execution status.
• Partner with the planning manager on project plan and supply plan sync, and ensure all demands can be monitored with supply plans and follow up operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in in a technical, supply chain, or business field
• Experience collaborating with individuals across internal and external organizations, other geographies, and a "hands-on" approach to accomplish all necessary tasks
• Self-driven. Adaptive to a multi-cultural environment
• Experience in datacenter. Understand the concepts of Edge/PoP/CDN
• 1+ years of supply chain planning experience, with knowledge of MRP, ERP systems, fulfillment operations (forecasting, order management, inventory control, logistics)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain experience
• Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience.
• Experience in managing servers and network equipment
• Working Experience in infrastructure of Edge/PoP/CDN
• Worked with legal, finance, tax on a daily basis
• Master degree

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100800 - $221244 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
