Position Objective: Responsible for delivering and merchandising Dynamo products while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Excellent customer service and transporting items in a safe, timely manner are top priorities. Drivers will work as part of a delivery team to ensure all orders are delivered safely and on time, every time.

Essential Functions:

·Loading, transporting, and delivering items to Dynamo customers.

·Reviewing orders to ensure item quantities and pricing are correct and the customer is satisfied.

·Assisting with loading and unloading items.

·Accepting and safeguarding accurate payments for delivered products.

·Providing standard-setting customer service.

·Merchandising all Dynamo products upon delivery.

·Abiding by all local and state transportation laws.

·Operating equipment such as delivery trucks and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.

·Performing other duties, as assigned.

·Stocking product in the warehouse

·Building and assembling pallets for delivery

·General housekeeping of the office, warehouse, and company vehicle.

Qualifications:

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record

·Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

·Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.

·Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, interior and exterior.

·Must be able to lift and carry heavy items in excess of 50lbs for extended periods.

·Working smart phone.

·Reliable transportation

·Occasional travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Under the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 541, a non-exempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage or overtime pay protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Typical days of work are Monday through Friday, and hours vary between 6:00am-5:00pm. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings and weekends as needed.
