Packages – 30-60 per truck
Wave 1: 7:45am, Wave 2: 8:30am – 9 to 10 hours per day
Physical job, Package weight 30-300, avg weight 100lbs

This is a Full-time or part-time Box Truck Delivery Driver position with FMC Logistics LLC, delivering packages for Amazon!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company

• Truck drivers, tired of over the road? Be home everyday to see you family!
• Box Truck Delivery Driver experience a plus
• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) Truck driver experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Military veterans are welcome!
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

Benefits & Scheduling:

• 10-hour shifts are typical
• $20.00 – 22.00/ hour (paid weekly)
• Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses
• Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
• Schedule for FT Team Members is 4 days on, 3 days off. If you desire to have split days on/off that is an option. Must work one weekend day per week
• Medical insurance
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
• 4-day workweek (40 hours) is typical
• Expect daytime shift with future potential to work 2nd shift if desired

**
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 300 lbs) with driver/helper teamwork; get in and out of a truck repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• We offer career growth opportunities into becoming Lead Driver, Dispatcher, Fleet Manager and Operations Manager Positions.
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Load and unload packages in Box Truck delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Meet all Box Truck Delivery Driver requirements to include obtaining a DOT medical card**
