A high-end investor-side law firm seeks to hire for its Wilmington, DE office (hybrid model in which attorneys can work from home two days weekly) a midlevel litigation associate for a role focused on DE Chancery and other corporate litigation matters. Previous corporate litigation experience is not required. Admission in DE is also not required, but someone who is not admitted can take the DE bar. The firm has an impressive set of attorneys and offers good mentorship and young leadership; attorneys typically work from about 9 a.m. to 6 or 7 p.m. with some time on weekends; and the base salary would likely be $150,000-$200,000 or more (depending on class year and relevant experience), plus a discretionary bonus.
