As an REI Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our team’s success. In this role you could be responsible for picking and putting items away, receiving inventory, price marking, splitting, shipping, packing customer orders, handling cardboard and waste for the team efficiency, and preparing bikes for assembly. We are looking for Stocking staff for Second Shift (Weekday Swing Shift: Mon-Fri 2PM-10:30PM) Pay Range: $20.70-$23/hour (based on experience). 2nd Shift will also have an additional 7% shift differential in addition to base pay once shift fully ramps.

  • You work efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.
  • Consistent attendance.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • You are comfortable being flexible, working in different departments.
  • You thrive in a team-based environment!
  • You are able to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
  • You are able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
