We are looking for experienced caregivers who have excellent communication skills, personal care experience with seniors and those who truly love providing care. The main function of the caregivers is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure, professional environment which meets their needs. We are currently hiring for Caregivers interested in working morning or afternoon shifts. We are currently hiring for 7am-1pm, 9am-3pm and 11am-5pm shifts. These shifts will be during the week and there will also be shifts available on the weekend. In-Home Caregivers will report directly to the Staffing / Care Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable.
• Provides medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping.
• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes.
• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary.
• Observes Universal Precautions.
• Converses with patients to provide assurance.
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping.
• Meal preparation and clean up.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:}

• Previous experience working as an In-Home Caregiver required.
• Must have Cell Phone / Tablet.
• High school diploma or GED.
• State CNA certification / CHHA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
