Description: Database Administrator (DBA) for Microsoft SQL Server will provide high quality support for the production, test, and development environments by implementing, managing, monitoring and maintaining multiple database servers and databases. Job Duties: • Configure, install Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and maintain database servers and processes • Work on conversion from SQL Server 2016 to SQL Server 2019 • Monitor system's health and performance • Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security • Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related discipline • 3-5 years of SQL Server Administration • 3-5 years’ experience of Availability Groups (AG), Clustering and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server • 3-5 years’ experience with backups, restores and recovery models • 3-5 years’ experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) • 3-5 years’ experience with Windows server, including Active Directory Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate must exhibit the following: • SSIS, SSAS and SSRS knowledge • Oracle knowledge
