Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position Responsibilities
  • Analyze data, labels and model predictions.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to prepare data for processing and analysis.
  • Communicate trends, patterns, and insights to Clinical, Product and Business teams.
  • Develop tools to facilitate labeling and label quality assurance workflows.
  • Work closely with Modeling to support training, validation, and improvement of models.
  • Work closely with clinical experts to understand the nuances of the application and evaluate model performance.
  • Develop tools to facilitate model clinical validation workflows.
  • Assist in preparing models for clinical validation and regulatory approval (when applicable)
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to assist in getting models into production.
Requirements Location
  • Remote or Fort Collins, Northern Colorado Area
Education
  • Graduate degree or equivalent in a STEM field, such as Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or other related degree or experience
Experience
  • Proficiency with Python including DL and Data Science frameworks
  • Experience with SQL
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization (interactive dashboards and reports)
  • 3+ years of industry experience with production modeling
  • Solid foundations in machine learning concepts and practices, particularly DL
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, passion, creativity, productivity & learning agility
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud technology
Bonus
  • Experience working with medical imaging data (DICOM) and EHR
  • Expertise in software engineering
  • Experience with design and user experience
  • Experience working under design controls and quality management systems
ISO/QMS Requirements
  • Understand and practice all requirements of EN ISO 13485:2016, ISO 13485:2016 MDSAP including 21 CFR 820, QMS Manual, Process Flows and Work Instructions. Experience with EN ISO 62304:2006 a plus.
  • Comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to MDSAP participating countries and CE Marking).
  • Support Internal and External audits.
