Job Description
Applicant must have 8 years of relevant experience with the following:


  • Experience with Descriptive analytics, Regression analysis, and Cohort analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team player, and oral/written communications skills are essential.
  • Experience in the use and development of prevalent web technologies.
  • Experience with statistical research techniques, including modeling, data mining, clustering, and segmentation.
  • Detailed knowledge of relational databases and supporting application design and development tools and languages.
  • Experience with, and/or strong understanding of programming languages, machine learning, and statistics.
  • Previous experience standing up the Power Platform environment at another Virginia agency.
  • Knowledge of HR applications.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, Business or related field, or equivalent experience in the referred areas.
  • Previous experience with the Power Platform including Power BI.
