Data Migration Specialist Jobs

The Data Migration Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support for new and existing Salesforce implementations. Using prior experience, training, and education, the ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication and work closely with customers and other LNB Solutions team members to map data from one system to another using standardized data import templates.

This position is remote.

Data Migration Functions:

• Comfortable communicating project needs with client and working with internal team to execute migration within overall project timeline
• Ability to easily identify outliers in reviewing financial data
• Limited Travel to customers as necessary
• Create a positive customer experience by building strong customer relationships
• Managing complex migration projects from beginning to end
• Perform detailed review of data from client, verifying integrity of data, as well as looking for possible errors
• Use of standard csv file uploads and/or ability to utilize an API tool for uploading large data sets
• Other duties as assigned
• Seek efficiencies and standardization in data migration processes
• Experience in understanding and translating accounting data in excel
• Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are being met

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced MS Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
• Minimum 3 years experience working with ERP/Financial systems and data uploads
• Accounting experience with solid understanding of financial software
