ProtectAll is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our claims processing and service network teams on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service Representatives and ensuring smooth claims processing. This position involves preparing claims, procuring parts for various products, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track customer information and orders
Digitize data from hard copies into a digital database
Update and organize customer information in a database
Manage queues, order parts, and monitor inventory levels
Respond to emails and follow up on shipments
Conduct research and verify information to ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with vendors to obtain updates on parts and product details
Provide occasional administrative support
Review claims for errors and deficiencies
Support data entry tasks across departments as needed
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
Strong multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
Intermediate typing skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Bilingualism in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
Employment contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug test
Work Environment & Schedule
This role is based in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment. Our Protection Service Center operates from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, with multiple shifts available. During the initial training period, you will be required to work on-site at our North Richland Hills headquarters. As a part-time employee, you will have flexibility in choosing your shifts and enjoy a hybrid schedule.
