Job Description
  • Submit interest totals on IOLTA accounts quarterly.
  • Overseeing Student Savings Accounts, performing various maintenance changes on employee accounts, and monitoring SDB opening, discounts, and closing for accuracy.
  • Responsible for document research pertaining to subpoenas and customer document requests.
  • Responsible for reviewing EOY entries and monitor suspect withholding.
  • Works with each branch to ensure all IRA RRM distributions are completed by year end.
  • Supports branch users and performs various tests for problem resolution and new products.
  • Completes IRS and State levy's and County Suggestions.
  • Assists with ACH Manager and Business Online customers to complete any maintenance and client set up submitted by the Treasury Team.
  • Processes the SSA/SSI & Medicaid to Acuity.
  • Position reports and forwards FSR exceptions performed in BPM or any other delivery channels.
  • Performs all maintenance changes to accounts for all branch locations.
  • Responsible for comparing reports generated in Director to various transactions performed on accounts. Discovered errors are corrected by preparing block entries or contacting appropriate personal.
  • Verifying wires, as per bank Wire policy and procedures.
  • Completes Federal Withholding on IRA customers twice weekly and preparing the EOY Federal Withholding.
