Data Entry Specialist

We're looking for an experienced data entry specialist individual to join our team. This is for our client who is a major health insurance company located in Hingham.

Candidates must be able to get to their Hingham office and must have daily access to a vehicle as their in no public transportation nearby.

Responsibilities Include

• Retrieval of medical info/records and logging records into various databases
• Ongoing phone work to investigate any missing information on medical record forms
• Quality Assurance of records, all necessary information must be accurately imputed

Training will be provided to get new hires familiar with the different databases. The training will be paid for.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, professional demeanor
• No degree required, must have high school diploma or GED
• Comfortable in a customer service oriented role
• Strong attention to detail
