Real Estate Data Entry Operator needed for a top-ranking real estate team ! We are in search of a self-motivated and results-driven professional who possesses a high level of personal accountability and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts. The ideal team member is a customer-focused, outside-of-the-box thinker and problem solver who is always looking to find ways to improve systems and processes.


This individual has a desire for growth, loves learning, and is not afraid to take initiative and get things done! They are highly organised, have extreme attention to detail, and operate with a strong sense of urgency. They understand that small business owners wear a lot of hats, and as the Real Estate Data Entry Operator to the team, they will too. The ideal candidate is motivated to meet this challenge and is looking to grow into a position of leadership within the team.

Responsibility Statements

  • Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
  • Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
  • Captures information based on client requirements.
  • Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • May require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed.
  • Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
  • Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
  • Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Stable work history
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • English writing skills.
  • Some college preferred
  • Two (2) years experience assisting with property management preferred.
