We are looking a Data Entry & Customer Service to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.

Your responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Duties

• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
• Generation of template files and downloading and pre-processing of multiple datasets in Excel.
• Review 40-60 work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly.
• Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders

Requirements

• Good command of English.
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
• Proficient touch typing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma.
