You are responsible for
- Supporting the execution of clinical studies through manually entering data into an electronic capture system
- Uploading snips and following consideration for data entry guidelines for the Emergency Care Team
- Participating and Engaging in Cross Functional Team discussions
- Supporting the Emergency Care Team members with other duties as assigned.
You are part of
The Clinical Operations Team within Clinical and Medical Affairs. This team supports data processing and deliverables across Philips's Emergency Care (EC) Business Unit under the Monitoring Business. The technology involved includes Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Monitor/Defibrillator backend device data. In EC, we focus on Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF). PMCF is a necessary process to ensure regulatory compliance in the US and Internationally by providing safety, performance, and efficacy data of our emergency medical devices. You will be part of a friendly and open-minded team who consistently support each other.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Willingness to perform repetative tasks
- 1+ years’ experience in a clerical, document management, technical, data entry, or related role
- Detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking skills
- Tech savvy—the ability to utilize multiple systems and/or software
- Experience in the field of Emergency Medicine is a plus
