Responsibilities
Conduct thorough internet research to gather essential information
Organize and input data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
Request additional information for incomplete documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness
Maintain meticulous records of tasks, files, and progress
Analyze and review reports and datasets
Verify, correct, and eliminate unnecessary or duplicated data from multiple sources
Perform a final quality check to ensure content accuracy and eliminate duplicate values before presenting the final product
Requirements
Proven track record of exceptional typing accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous Experience In Data Entry Is Essential
Comprehensive knowledge of data entry techniques and best practices
Strong familiarity with numeric data entry
Exceptional multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
Comfortable working with databases and customer relationship management systems
