Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: On site – Tukwila, WA.

Type of assignment: Contract

Base pay: $20-23/hr.

This position inputs payment data and records of invoices, purchase orders, travel expense reports, utility expenses, and accounts payable files. Performs other clerical tasks.

Core Competencies Required for this Position

· Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.

· Attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

· Matching up invoices and purchase orders, data entry, issuing checks to vendors in a timely manner, filing, and communicating with vendors.

· Updating spreadsheets with regards to utility expenses, subscriptions, travel expenditures and trade shows. Able to organize information so it will be valuable to users.

· File physical paperwork.

Minimum Education or Experience

· Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to learn.

· Office experience including 10-key, typing, filing, data entry, and customer relations.

· Computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
