Description


Perfect opportunity to expand your office skills and gain knowledge of accounting processes. In this role you will assist the Property Controller and Accounting department of a large commercial property.

Waikapu, Maui


Pay


\$18 to \$20 an hour


Responsibilities


  • Handle accounting records and filing systems.
  • Prepare, process and maintain club member account and statements.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and vendor statements.
  • Process daily mail.
  • Assist the Property Controller with month and year-end closings.
  • Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Prepare and review various reports.
  • Record deposits.
  • Update and audit daily POS transactions.
