Do you consider yourself highly-motivated and skilled? You may be the perfect candidate for a Data Entry Clerk position offered through Robert Half. We are looking for a data-driven expert who has great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have lightning quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist opportunity for you! This short-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Walnut Creek, California area.
What you get to do every single day
  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
  • Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources
  • Investigate reports and sheets of data
  • Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product
  • Sift through websites for information
  • Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
Requirements
Qualifications
  • MA/PSR experience is a plus
  • Knowledge with healthcare terms
  • EMR experience required
