The Data Entry Clerk supports the Fleet Maintenance managers and maintenance team by entering information in the maintenance database (TransMan), learning to write purchase orders, receive invoices and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of files. This position also compiles reports, assists with the identification of errors within the Maintenance reporting system and in time will be responsible for resolving the discrepancy.

Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of:

(7:30AM to 5:30PM) ~ (Monday – Friday)

Salary ranges from:

$50,000-$70,000

Maintenance Department

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• High aptitude for technology
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
• Strong organization skills

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and distribute department-related information as needed.
• Enter and update information in the database
• Ensure digital files are accurate and accessible.
• Compile system reports
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Record and correct data in the maintenance system
• Provide information to the Warranty Analyst to assist with the processing of claims.
• Other duties as assigned.
