Job Description
LHH is currently seeking a and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for our client in the financial solutions industry. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database systems. Your primary responsibility will be to enter data from various sources into our computer systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information.
Job Details:
  • Background Check with education and employment verification required.
  • 6+ month Contract - Good chance it will go direct
  • No drug screen required
  • Carmel, IN - 100% onsite
  • $16-17hr
  • M-F 8a-5p
Responsibilities:
  • Review and make necessary corrections to data entries to eliminate errors
  • 60% data Entry 40% outbound calls
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
  • Prepare and organize source documents for data entry
  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to the source documents
  • Adhere to established productivity and quality standards for data entry
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all data by following company policies and procedures
  • Accurately enter data from source documents into the company's database systems
  • Update and maintain the database with new information as required
  • Retrieve and verify data from existing systems or databases
Qualifications:
  • Experience in automotive insurance industry is a huge plus!
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong Customer Service, must be okay with making outbound call
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
