Job Description
Details:


  • $14-18/hr
  • US Citizen or GCH
  • Cleveland, OH (Onsite for training then remote)
  • 3 month temporary role (could go longer)
  • 30 hours a week


Day to Day:


  • Verify accuracy of data entry and maintain data entry logs
  • Perform pre- and post-data analysis to ensure data accuracy
  • Adhere to deadlines and corporate policies
  • Provide solutions to improve system efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide customer service, and problem solve when needed
  • Analyze data and develop strategies for streamlining the entry process
  • Enter data into multiple databases, spreadsheets, and other digital applications with a high degree of precision and accuracy
