Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT related field or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience in business application consulting or development; or Associate degree in Computer Science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in application consulting or development; or High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years of experience in business application consulting or development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of business systems theories, processes, rules and regulations and how they apply to technology in the applicable area(s)
- Experience extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data
- Demonstrated administration skills on SAS environments
- Experience programming languages in SAS and SQL
- Demonstrated experience in application design, software development, testing, and working with systems processing event-based logs, user logs, and debugging
- ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred
- Development and support experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, and JAVA
- Abilities to write queries and extract data from a database
- Application server support experience in Unix/Linux
- Experience with SAS and performing quantitative analysis using SAS business intelligence tools
