Job Description

Data Administrator

Duration: 18 month Contract to hire

100% Remote (Must work PST hours)


Must-haves

* Data analytics/admin background

* Strong data entry skills with Excel- attention to detail, keying a lot of data and reading through a lot of forms.

* Experience with a service management tool -Zendesk preferred

* Experience with Procurement or Purchasing ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)

* Procurement experience

* Experience communicating with supplier and vendor teams

* Negotiating costs and pricing

* Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SharePoint

* Procurement/Purchase Order, Sourcing, or Supply Chain experience

* Customer service is very necessary, as they'll work with the enterprise and vendors.

* Self-starter, detail and results oriented.

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Ability to navigate and drive varying stakeholder needs, customer service oriented.

* Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
