Job Summary:

• The Enterprise Processing Support Senior Associate provides processing support and broad knowledge to
• Collect, evaluate and record data and solve complex problems. Review prescreens to ensure all requirements are met. Analyze data for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries. The Processing Support Senior Associate investigates and resolves complicated, sometimes sensitive, issues, problems, errors and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages information and process flow from initiation to completion
• Edits and maintains documentation for guidelines and procedures
• Processes data in accordance with internal and external business or technical protocols and guidelines
• Anticipates future needs based on past transactions
• Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data
• Applies broad and established knowledge of job or specific technical skills to provide service, information and procedural guidance
• Uses research and analysis skills to review detailed, structured problems

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years’ experience in relevant job

Functional Skills

• Ability to learn new processes, systems or guidelines
• Communication Skills
• Ability to identify ways to improve efficiency, quality and service
• Knowledge of the process in relation to other company processes and deliverables
• Ability to utilize standards and procedures in practical applications of a difficult nature
• Ability to work under general supervision within established procedures
