I’m looking for the best dairy manager to lead a state of the art dairy farm from day 1 of operations. The dairy is being built and will be ready by late October. It will have a 900+ capacity of Jersey cows and a 50 stall DeLaval rotary with 2 TSR.
This job is for a creative leader, autonomous and independent, focused in animal welfare and doing things right. Be curious, tenacious and the highest work ethics.
He or She must have an ag degree in animal science US residence and the attitude to improve every day.
