What You’ll Do:


The Information Security Analyst will be responsible from providing support to the organization to ensure the company remains secure and compliant with requirements under established control frameworks. This position will support all functions of security including security operations, compliance, audit and risk management by working with infrastructure, business applications & support teams within the organization by developing required reports and data collection in order to meet security objectives. This position helps coordinate all internal and external technological and security operations, risk, audit and compliance efforts


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform selected tracking and monitoring tasks assigned.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining a solid and diverse security health posture across the company
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security programs, including policies and procedures, e.g., user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, and security auditing procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with security processes; ensure responsibility is assigned to each task; and complete work/ monitor for completion
  • Own daily operation and maintenance of security applications and tools based upon the established security architecture
  • Identify and evaluate security risks and internal security controls through business process reviews
  • Produce, manage and maintain risk and compliance documentation
  • Participate in the design of specific security and compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations; own operation of specific activities
  • Respond to daily security incidents following established incident response methodology
  • Assist in user awareness training and risk communication to the global organization


What You’ll Bring:


Education & Experience


  • Security+ Certification or the ability to become certified within 1 year required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Security role conducting information security investigations and related responsibilities
  • Experience conducting information security risk assessment and related task, translating technical controls into business terms, and implementing and maintaining controls and compliance preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (must be from an accredited institution) in Information systems or business related major or equivalent experience required

Salary + Bonus: The expected pay range for this position is between $73,200 and $91,500. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, market conditions, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for benefits which may also include a discretionary bonus.
