We are seeking seeking CV Operators for both day/night and weekend shifts. Why Work Here? Very cool product, you are responsible for making the cables that bring power to all of our homes and businesses! 401K with a 4% match as well as great medical benefits upon date of permanent hire. Opportunity for OT on the weekday team. Will actually pay you for 52 hours if you work the 36 hour weekend shift! Responsibilities: Set up machinery: load pay off reels and spools, remove empty spools, guide wire through machine, change dies and gears Operate CV + Stranding machinery. Clean and reassemble machinery in assigned area. Monitor controls. Change out spools and other materials. Operate and monitor semi-automatic and rigid machines and take-up and pay-off machines. Operating forklift as needed. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience. Mechanically inclined. Basic computer skills. Basic shop math. Read/use precision gages and tools is a plus. Pay Rate: $20 - $21 per hour Schedule: Crew 1 Mon
