: Customer Service Specialist
- Update and maintain customer databases with relevant and accurate information.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure smooth customer interactions and efficient problem resolution.

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery options.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and focused during stressful situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using various software programs.
- Positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Empathetic and patient listener, proficient in understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Adaptable and quick learner, able to grasp complex product knowledge quickly.
