CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Denver based team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet’s continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN


  • Willingness to work a variety of days and hours

  • Provide world-class, personalized customer service and build rapport/relationship across every customer touchpoint
  • Solid understanding of escalation process
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong knowledge of a multitude of sports
  • Timely and efficient manual resulting of markets
  • Ability to quickly understand sports statistics and information
  • Ability to handle multiple live chats and emails concurrently
  • Respond to all new tickets from Call/Email/Live-chat and Facebook/Twitter
  • Understanding of box scores and completed sporting results
  • Ability to follow Customer Service Workflow guidelines
  • Strong phone support skills
  • Knowledge of specific players, teams, and rules


SKILLS WE SEEK


  • Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 2+ years of experience in with Sales or Customer Service
  • Learns quickly. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and is effective in a variety of communication settings i.e. one to one, small and large groups, and among diverse styles and position levels
  • Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods of the sports calendar
  • Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
  • Innovative and comes up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique
  • Bachelors level degree or relevant work experience
