You Will Also Regularly
- Review and prioritize your list of customer-related tasks for the day
- Provide customer status updates to your management team
- Answer employee questions via phone and email regarding their profiles, manifests, or approval status
- Collaborate with other departments or facilities to address any customer issues (i.e. Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
- Enter customer profile submittals in our internal system
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Associate degree in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Moderate experience with MS Office Suite
- Two years of customer service experience
