Job Description
Multimedia Solutions, Inc. was established in 1983. From the beginning, our goal was and continues to be, to provide homeowners and businesses with exceptional industry expertise and the best-in-class solutions for all of their multimedia and security needs. We offer a wide range of system solutions to fit into any budget and provide custom design services for projects ranging from simple yet sophisticated to extravagant and luxurious. We fully manage and coordinate all aspects of our projects from start to finish; this includes Design, Engineering, Programming, Installation, and Servicing.
We are expanding and looking to add a Project Coordinator to our Farmers Branch office. We would prefer someone with experience in dispatch, customer service and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with data entry, filing and other clerical duties
  • Upholding billing procedures and assisting with receipt of customer payments
  • Coordinating with builders and homeowners to accurately schedule service calls, low voltage, security, and audio video installs
  • Other administrative duties and paperwork for managers
  • Greeting clients at the door
  • Scheduling and dispatching multiple crews
  • Answering phones in an often busy environment
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable and punctual. Self-starter with the ability to maximize efforts daily, without daily supervision.
  • Must have strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and personnel and be able to adapt and shift priorities.
  • Professional Demeanor and good people skills.
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of database software, Microsoft Office, email and electronic calendar systems with the ability to learn new programs
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service/administrative experience, with knowledge of Audio/Video or construction industry preferred
**This is a full time position - please do not apply if you are in school or are not available for regular Monday-Friday 8-5 hours.
