Responsibilities Include

• Processing requests
• Managing and resolving customer complaints
• Answering incoming calls from Doctors/Nurses to clarify any questions they might have with regard to patients' healthcare plan

• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
• Minimum of 1-year call center experience
