A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)


As our office CSR, you're the first point of contact for our customers. You follow the customer care "call script" and deliver exceptional customer service reflective of company values. Your problem-solving skills help you effectively manage conflict resolution with customers and promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader. While taking calls you provide options for service appointments and resolve client concerns over scheduling, which instills confidence in clients and converts a high percentage of inbound calls into paying customers. You work with dispatch to schedule service calls, debrief technicians with accurate customer information, and make sure preventative maintenance appointments are scheduled.


You're an administrative guru! You find peace in the chaos as you input complete, accurate, and updated information into the customer database and ensure club memberships are renewed. You also engage in outbound calling to secure the appropriate amount of scheduled calls and club memberships, and maintain required daily call counts to meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.


As a team player, you provide assistance to other members of the customer care team to achieve department and company goals and meet performance metrics required by the company. You also participate in all company-sponsored training classes and always maintain a professional image by wearing company-approved apparel. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) WORK SCHEDULE


We're looking to hire for a part-time schedule with set hours. Our regular office hours are Monday Friday between 7am - 8pm at the office and Saturday - Sunday from 8am - 4:30pm at home! If you're willing to work evenings and available on the weekends to work from home (after the training period), this is the position for you!
