Details For The Call Center Agent

• Hours of operation: Monday to Saturday 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM MST
• Training Schedule: (first 6 weeks): Monday to Friday
• Direct Hire Opportunity
• Hourly Rate: $19.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities For The Call Center Agent

• Fully Remote
• Completing Enrollments
• Troubleshooting any billing or technical issues
• Answering incoming calls for new and existing customers
• Discussing new policies, policy modifications, and bundling options to increase product sales.

Qualifications For The Call Center Agent

• Must be able to type 25 WPM
• High School Diploma or GED
• One to two years customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience is preferred!
• Must be available to work completely remote.
• MUST LIVE IN WITHIN 100 MILES OF BOISE IDAHO
