Job Description
Overview
This role is open to work from any PepsiCo HUB Location (all HUB locations listed below)
Looking for a personable individual that is passionate about teamwork and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, and dynamic organization. Individual must be customer focused, adaptable, and possess strong follow-up and organizational skills to create processes and efficiencies.
Responsibilities
  • Help support and organize logistics for quarterly CIC town halls, CIC leadership meetings on and offsite and miscellaneous department special event
  • Create, run, and distribute reports as needed for the CIC team
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, ordering supplies, mailing & shipping and receiving visitors
  • Create and maintain organizational charts, distribution lists and contact lists
  • Research, maintain, and inventory all department equipment for both in-office and WFH employees
  • Utilize CONCUR following company policies for all travel and expenses and PCARD reconciliation
  • Process PO invoicing and submission in SAP
  • Execute and support location initiatives through administrative support for the CIC leadership team ensuring responsive, accurate, and efficient support for day-to-day administrative requirements
  • Process procurement transactions, PO creation, invoice submission and payments utilizing MYBUY S/4 Hanna platform and set up new suppliers/vendors utilizing MDG
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Intermediate MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and plan independently
  • Must have availability and flexibility to work overtime when necessary
Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 40,000 -$ 63,800 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
