Customer Service & Data Entry - $18/Hour

PeopleShare is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team located in Horsham, PA! As the first point of contact for our policyholders involved in auto or home accidents, you will play a vital role in gathering information and ensuring a smooth claims process. Job Details for the Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk:

• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Full benefits package available for full-time employees
• Flexible working hours between 8 am - 8 pm, with some availability for night shifts working ON SITE in Horsham, PA
• Full-time or part-time positions available

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk:

• Facilitate and direct relevant information to the claims department for further processing and next steps
• Document all accident information into the database
• Serve as the first point of contact on the phone for policyholders involved in auto or home accidents
• Obtain accurate and detailed information about the accident from the policyholders

Job Requirements for the Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college students seeking part-time positions are welcome)
• Vaccination against COVID-19 is required
• Must be located in or willing to work in Horsham, PA (office-based position)
• Good phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with policyholders
• Ability to make quick and accurate determinations on call routing
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
