Customer Service Coordinator Jobs

AHT Cooling System USA, a leader in refrigeration systems supply for the grocery and convenience industry is looking for a customer service orientated, self-motivated team player to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

As a member of the internal customer service & technical support team you will have responsibility for supporting the Technical Customer Service team with customer parts orders inquiries, processing orders and all post PO administrative and billing activities.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Creating purchase orders for parts required by AHT product support staff and warehouse stock
• Confirm service work order accuracy, resolve invoicing discrepancies and discuss payment statuses
• Providing spare parts quotes and process spare parts orders
• Processing returns authorization requests as customers request to return parts
• Assisting team members with sales order and customer invoicing using SAP
• Assisting technical service team with spare parts que phone support
• Assisting service technicians with pricing information and determining the parts & accessories requirements for individual jobs

• Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• 2 to 4 years of related order fullfillment experience and/or training
• Knowledgeable in parts handling and parts flow
• Familiarity with MS Office including Word, Excel, and email programs
• Understanding of various refrigeration components
