We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new clients for our business through targeted marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with potential customers seeking our services.
Limitless Solutions is a full-service business development firm specializing in various industries including marketing, tech support, sales & more. Combining technology and a lower-cost infrastructure has allowed us to offer more competitive pricing than traditional firms while achieving a higher stratified end-user (client and customer) service. Our company has experienced significant growth in the last few years since opening in Bangor, we have also expanded recently to Augusta.
Structure & Compensation
- Pay is negotiable depending on experience

Objectives of this Role
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on performance indicators, customer conversion rates, and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of client generation efforts
- Outreach and Relationship: Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels and build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their service needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and generate new sales leads for our business development services.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information, listen actively, and address client needs.
- Time Management: Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
